We enjoyed beautiful condos to stay in complements of my parents. Here they are having a lazy morning of cartoons. I think we were among the few lucky ones that got good sleep every night. We have been blessed with such great sleepers, I’m so grateful! :) Sometimes I take it for granted, but seeing my siblings miss sleep made me realize how good I have it (but haven’t always! my kids are just older.)
One morning we had some family photos taken by sister-in-law’s dad, it was SO nice of him to drive up to Wolf Creek to do this for us! Don’t we have a beautiful family? I’m so grateful for them and that we could all get together, I’m so grateful.
He even did individual family groups as well, so nice!
After pictures Grandma rewarded the kids for smiling with butterfly magnets to color.
And Joni came!!!! Yeah! She could only stay for a couple of hours, be we’ll take anything we can get. We do NOT get to see enough of her, she’s so busy.
Sister photo! I love these girls so much.
Sophie loves babies, and Logan is extra gushy and fun to hold. Sydney and Tessa are going to be great friends growing up I think. Tess asks me where Sydney lives every once in awhile, just checking in to see if she moved closer so she can come play.
That afternoon we went swimming, it was the last day the pool was open for the season. It was Jamison’s first time swimming and Elliott and Sydney’s first time swimming alone with water wings. Can’t help but be happy with so many cute babies around!
Back at the condos hanging out at dinner time… Grandpa grilled up some delicious chicken.
Then we had a talent show in which the cousins all performed. Sophie and Tessa do this for me all day and were so happy to have such a large audience at their disposal. They both sang their own original songs which were made up on the spot and danced.
Jacob did some baby signs and then some silly faces.
Cute Jane and Dean stood up front, I don’t remember what they did… but they were definitely cute up there! Jason made Logan laugh for his talent, he’s got an ADORABLE giggle.
Jenny did a handstand push-up, she’s a cross-fit queen.
Sweet Elliott playing with her pony tail. I didn’t get pictures of everyone I guess… it was a fun time though! My mom even got the kids medals for participating.
Then my mom had all of the couples do a dance on the Wii Just Dance game together, it was hilarious! My mom’s blog has videos, I only took a couple pictures, I was too busy laughing my head off!!
Lots more to come from the reunion!
